  Transported from England for 10 years for aggravated injury. Sentenced in the Exeter Assizes on 24/7/1858 Left Portland, England on 10/11/1860 on the Palmerston and arrived in Western Australia on 11/2/1861. The convicts went to the Swan River Colony. Was 26 years of age when transported. Was hung in Perth Gaol on 1874 for murder of Mary Anne Lloyd at Stapelford, Beverley on 1 December 1873. http://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/114442157
